Welcome to Utkal Weaves. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Utkal Weaves is an online store offering authentic Sambalpuri handloom sarees and related products. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible.
As every Sambalpuri handloom saree is handcrafted, slight variations in color, weave, motifs, and measurements are natural and should not be considered defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable). This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Utkal Weaves reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within the timelines mentioned on our website.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once the order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

All products sold by Utkal Weaves are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

You receive a wrong product, or
You receive a damaged product.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel with the shipping label visible.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The damaged or incorrect product received.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without a valid continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refunds (where approved) will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

8. Refusal of Claims

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Color differences caused by screen or mobile display settings.
Minor handloom weaving irregularities.
Incorrect washing or handling by the customer.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without a valid continuous unboxing video.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including photographs, product images, logos, videos, text, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of Utkal Weaves and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree:

To provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Not to misuse the website.
Not to attempt fraudulent transactions.
Not to interfere with website security or functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

Utkal Weaves shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the concerned order.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
