All products sold by Utkal Weaves are genuine handcrafted Sambalpuri handloom products. Due to the handmade nature of the weaving process, slight variations in colour, weave, texture, motifs, measurements, and finishing are inherent characteristics of authentic handloom craftsmanship and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Certain products are Patchwork Sambalpuri Handloom Sarees, which are created by carefully cutting and stitching together panels made from genuine pure Sambalpuri handloom fabric. These patchwork designs are intentional and handcrafted. Minor variations in patch arrangement, stitching, motifs, and dimensions are natural and are not defects.

Customers are advised to read the product description carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of handcrafted and patchwork products and accept these characteristics.

All products sold by Utkal Weaves are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where a wrong product or a damaged product has been delivered. Any such claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported by a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, complete unboxing process, and the issue with the product. Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the required unboxing video will not be accepted.

Any attempt to obtain refunds or replacements through false, misleading, manipulated, or fraudulent claims, including edited photographs or videos, may result in rejection of the claim, cancellation of future orders, and appropriate civil or legal action.

All product images, videos, website content, logos, graphics, designs, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Utkal Weaves. Unauthorized copying, downloading, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Utkal Weaves reserves the right to modify products, prices, policies, website content, or these terms at any time without prior notice.

These Terms and all transactions through this website shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the use of this website or any purchase made from Utkal Weaves shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place where Utkal Weaves is registered or principally operates.
