Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, sales, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. Utkal Weaves will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Courier partner operational issues
Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Utkal Weaves shall not be held liable for such delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
A continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, complete unboxing process, and the damaged or incorrect product.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without a valid continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.
